Absentee Ballot Applications for either the primary or general election may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s office or online at: http://www.westchestergov.com/boe/Absentee_ballot_application.pdf and complete applications MUST be sent directly to the Westchester County Board of Elections.

Bedford Village Election Polling Location Change (8/23/20)
News From Bedford’s Town Clerk, Boo Fumagalli:
NEW POLLING LOCATION -
ATTENTION voters in Bedford Village: St. Patrick’s School will no longer be used for voting; all 3 polling locations (Districts 1, 10 and 17) have been moved to the Presbyterian Church on the Village Green. If you have any questions please call the Board of Elections at 995-5700 or the Town Clerk’s office at 666-4534.

NEW VOTING MACHINES - REMINDER - New electronic voting machines will be in use for the Primary election on September 14 th as well as the November 2 nd General election. Demonstrations are available at the Town Clerk’s office at 321 Bedford Road, Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. New voting machine information and a video is available on the Town’s web site at www.bedfordny.info/html/elections.html.

In addition, if you are interested in working as an Election Inspector, contact the Board of Elections at 995-5700 for training and possible openings. Pay is $225 per day.

COMING THIS FALL, 2010 - NEW VOTING MACHINES
New electronic voting machines will be in use for the Primary election on September 14th and the November 2nd General election. The Board of Elections will be holding a demonstration on Thursday July 29th from 7pm to 9pm at Fox Lane High School.

Beginning August 1st new voting machine demonstrations will be available at the Town Clerk’s office at 321 Bedford Road, Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Election Inspector’s Needed
The Westchester Board of Elections is always looking for election inspectors. Election Inspector’s are paid $225.00 and the requirements are:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be enrolled in either the Republican or Democratic Party
• Hours are from 5:30am – 9:00pm.

If you are interested in becoming an Election Inspector, please contact the Westchester County Board of Elections at 914-995-5700.
